Q: Is a prescription required?
A: Yes. If the medication you wish to purchase is not over-the-counter, a valid prescription is required to fill your order.
Q: When will my prescription be ready?
A: It's our goal to fill all prescriptions within an hour. For easy and convenient service, please call in your prescription ahead of time, and we will have it ready for you when you arrive.
Q: Can a family member pick up my prescription?
A: Yes, anyone can pick up your prescription. However, if you are using a prescription benefit plan your family member may be asked to sign for the prescription.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Ray's Pharmacy accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit, cash and check.
Q: How can I get answers for more specific questions?
A: There are three ways you can get answers to questions regarding medication, health problems, or medical supplies: 1) fill out our feedback form; 2) call our pharmacy information hotline (817-473-1145); 3) or visit our pharmacy to speak with a pharmacist or health care professional in person. |
